Copenhagen Global A/S is a Danish company operating internationally with a strong focus on agility, flat structure and hands-on execution. We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will focus on maintenance, diagnostics and repair of diesel engines used in marine and industrial applications worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, technical challenges, and working in a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities
‍

• Diagnose, service and repair diesel engines and related systems.
• Perform engine overhauls, troubleshooting and dyno testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with technical teams to support installations, commissioning and field service tasks.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and service quality.
• Support packing and preparation of equipment for global deployment.
• Follow health, safety and environmental standards in all workshop activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience required
‍

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in diesel mechanics, automotive, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with FPT engines or similar diesel engines.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with practical workshop experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flat, agile team environment.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for service assignments.
• Familiarity with dyno testing equipment is a plus.
• Valid forklift license or other relevant certifications is an advantage.
