Job description


Copenhagen Global A/S is a Danish-based international company that values agility, a flat organisational structure and hands-on collaboration. We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure and Network Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including networking equipment and Wi-Fi systems, to support our global operations. Your role is crucial to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across all our locations and platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain network hardware such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Manage and support Wi-Fi networks and related connectivity solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.
  • Follow health, safety and environmental standards in all workshop activities.


Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Vocational training or degree in IT, network administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and cabling.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, security and troubleshooting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flat, agile environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
