FPT Industrial is a sub-brand of the Italian IVECO Group, dedicated to the design, production, and sale of powertrains for on and off-road vehicles, marine and power generation applications.

Copenhagen Global A/S is the exclusive FPT Industrial Master Dealer for the Kingdom of Denmark (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands) with the responsibility to increase the awareness of the FPT Industrial brand and to expand the market share of its product and service offerings in the territory.

To this end, Copenhagen Global A/S is looking for a Junior After Sales Manager to support its work as the FPT Industrial Master Dealer for the Kingdom of Denmark. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3-6 years of experience, who enjoys managing their own customer base, while collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior After Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and after-sales of spare parts, including:

• Identify, develop, implement and maintain customer-centric aftersales offerings of FPT Industrial products and services to both public and commercial customers.
• Manage, support and visit current and prospective customers for FPT Spare Parts and other After Sales products.
• Support the KAM in engine sales activities, such as market analysis to identify new OEMs, offers for prospective customers, management of orders, and goods delivery for acquired customers.
• Manage, support and visit sub-dealers along the assigned territory defining contractual targets and incentives to improve their performances.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates in coordination with the KAM for executive management and FPT Industrial HQ.
• Participate in exhibitions and promotional events with KAM.
• Support the Communications & Event Manager and KAM with upholding the annual FPT Industrial marketing KPIs for Copenhagen Global A/S.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Structured and organised.
• Confident negotiation skills.
•  3-6 years of experience in sales related roles.
• Experience in the industrial engines or agricultural machinery segment is an advantage, but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Experienced in preparing offers and sales reports.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems or logistics software is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.

Employment is conditional upon obtaining security clearance.

Your place of work will be Copenhagen, Denmark, but regular travel across the country is to be expected.
