Job description

We value hands-on collaboration and teamwork. We are looking for a motivated Logistics Assistant to support our operations and logistics team in ensuring smooth, efficient supply chain processes. You will play a key role in assisting with daily logistics tasks and helping to maintain effective coordination across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day logistics operations, including order processing, shipping documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and stock levels.
  • Assist with warehouse management and stock control activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc operational tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with team members in a hands-on and agile environment.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Relevant vocational education or experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse role is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flat and agile organisation.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic IT skills, including MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
