Key responsibilities
‍

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling freight and shipments for the company, including:

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Negotiating and managing contracts and freight prices.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with national and international transport regulations (e.g. Incoterms, customs clearance).
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments.
• Overseeing proper handling and documentation of dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
• Close collaboration with Warehouse Manager and team.
• Proactive communication with C-level managers to ensure alignment on logistics and operational needs.

Qualifications, skills and experience required
‍

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Extremely organised, detail-oriented and able to manage many different tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience handling dangerous goods and hazardous materials is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
