We’re looking for a skilled Marine Mechanic to join our workshop team. The work entails maintenance, repair and installation of marine engines and systems—especially diesel-powered engines and other high-performance solutions that we deliver to clients around the world. If you enjoy practical work, problem-solving and being part of a small, professional team, this could be the job for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, mechanical overhauls and functional testing using tools and equipment, including our dyno test setup.
  • Support installation and commissioning of marine equipment on boats or in the workshop.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Assist with packing, prepping and shipping equipment for international projects.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean and efficient working environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues across operations, logistics and technical teams.
  • Follow health, safety and environmental standards in all workshop activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Background in marine, heavy equipment, or mechanics (apprenticeship, vocational training, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with engine diagnostics, repairs and tools.
  • Experience with high power engines or marine systems is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in small, agile teams.
  • Proactive, practical mindset with a focus on getting things done.
  • Basic English required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for service or installation jobs.
  • Forklift certificate and/or other relevant workshop certifications are a plus.
