JOB DESCRIPTION


Copenhagen Group A/S is a Danish parent company with a strong international footprint, specialising in tendering for and managing projects that provide goods and services to international organisations and national governments worldwide. The Group owns and supports several subsidiaries with shared services in areas such as facility management, logistics, procurement and specialised solutions for complex operational environments. We are now looking for a receptionist to support the daily operations of our head office and act as the first point of contact for visitors, partners and colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The Receptionist will be responsible for front office and administrative support activities, including:

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors at the main office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing visitor registration and maintaining an accurate guest log.
  • Handling the booking and coordination of meeting rooms and other shared company resources.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and general enquiries.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Supporting general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, including room setup and coordination when needed.
  • Ensuring reception and common office areas are always presentable and well-organised.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk or office administration role is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional, service-oriented and approachable demeanour.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for front office operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking and administrative systems.
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy and sometimes hectic office environment.
