We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to drive our operations and logistics functions efficiently, ensuring seamless supply chain management and global coordination with partners and customers.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our international operations by optimising processes and fostering cross-team collaboration to meet our ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day logistics and operations activities, including inventory management, shipping and distribution.
  • Coordinate with international partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that support business growth and agility.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and hands-on working environment aligned with Copenhagen Global’s culture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and company policies.
  • Manage and optimise warehousing and transportation resources.
  • Support procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Champion health, safety and environmental standards in all workshop activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations and logistics management, preferably within international or multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, shipping and inventory management.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flat organisational structure.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with logistics software and tools (ERP, WMS) is a plus.
