We are looking for a motivated Production Planning Assistant to support our production planning team in ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of manufacturing activities. You will assist in maintaining production schedules, tracking progress, and helping to optimise workflows.

Key responsibilities
‍

• Assist in preparing and updating production schedules and plans.
• Monitor production progress and report deviations or delays.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations and logistics teams to support material availability and workflow continuity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning.
• Support the production planning team with data entry, reporting and communication tasks.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate closely with team members in a hands-on, agile environment.
• Follow health, safety and environmental standards in all workshop activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience required
‍

• Relevant vocational education or experience in production planning, logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a production or planning support role is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on and collaborative working style.
• Ability to work effectively within a flat and agile organisational structure.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic IT proficiency; experience with ERP or production planning software is a plus.
