We emphasise hands-on collaboration and quick decision-making. We are seeking a dedicated Production Planning Manager to lead our production scheduling and planning efforts. In this role, you will ensure efficient production workflows, optimise resource allocation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain production plans that align with company goals and customer demands.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and production scheduling.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency.
  • Analyse production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and motivate the production planning team in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities.
  • Support the integration of planning tools and ERP systems to enhance productivity and transparency.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards in all workshop activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and resource management.
  • Hands-on, proactive and collaborative work style aligned with a flat organisational culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with ERP and production planning software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic setting.
