If so, Copenhagen Global A/S has a unique opportunity for you to become part of an excellent project organisation as a Project Manager where you will lead complex projects that contributes to the goals of our global customers.


The Position

As Project Manager for Copenhagen Global A/S you report directly to the Managing Director of Copenhagen Global A/S and support the team with project and portfolio management to ensure that project management frameworks, processes, and procedures are implemented across all projects – as such, you will be involved in multiple projects covering all customers to ensure a high quality and delivery deadline.    

To this end, we are looking for a structured and detailed-oriented person to help us manage our projects.

The job as a Project Manager is a full-time position based at our head office at Copenhagen Freeport, Denmark.
The key responsibilities of this position include:

- End-to-end project and portfolio management;  

- Monitoring project progress to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;

- Daily and weekly project and portfolio reporting to management;

- Identifying and implementing process improvements, creating, updating, and maintaining presentations for project stakeholders;

- Managing order to cash process – from purchase orders to invoicing customers; and

- Regular reporting to customers on activities (purchase orders) related to Long Term Agreements.

As we work with global customers and business partner, some travel may be expected in the job.

Qualifications

Preferably you have 3-6 years of proven experience in project management and can demonstrate solid results in delivering projects successfully. We expect that you can work systematically, logically, proactively, and as a person you are self-driven and structured. You thrive in a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:

- Great problem-solving skills with structuredand skilled approach in navigating high complexity;

- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills at all levels;

- Fluent in Danish and English language,speaking and writing;

- Proactive and a quick study;

- Structured and well-organised;

- Meticulous, i.e. attention to detail;  

- Responsible and conscientious; and

- IT literate (Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Business Central (ERP))

Experience with public tenders and projects – as well as knowledge within the defence industry - would be an advantage.

As we work for the Danish Defence attainment of security clearance to NATO SECRET level is a prerequisite.
